Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Naild By Onna. By booking an appointment with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

  • Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person.
  • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to your appointment. 
  • Late arrivals of 10+ minutes may result in shortened services or rescheduling.


2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee up to 50–100% of the service cost.
  • Repeat no-shows may be denied future bookings.

3. Health & Safety

           • For your safety, we maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

           • If you have any medical conditions, infections, or allergies, please inform your technician prior to                     your appointment.

           • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to the technician or other clients.

4. Children & Guests

           • For the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that only those receiving services remain in the treatment area.

           • Children must be supervised at all times.


5. Personal Belongings

           • We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

           • Please keep valuables with you at all times.


6. Payments

          • We accept cash / credit/debit cards / online payments.

          • Full payment is due at the time of service.

          • Tips are appreciated but not required.


7. Gift Cards & Promotions

          • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

          • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.


8. Liability Waiver

By booking with Naild By Onna, you agree that:

         • You release us from any liability for injuries or allergic reactions caused during or after your service.

          • You understand the risks associated with nail treatments and will follow all aftercare instructions provided.


9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

          • Displays disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

          • Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol

          • Has a condition that may risk the health of others

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Naild By Onna! We’re committed to providing you with high-quality nail services and a great customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied  or have any issues, we’re here to help.


Returns
 

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Press-on nails that have been applied or altered
  • Nail polishes, gels, or liquids that have been unsealed
  • Sale or clearance items 

Refunds    

  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at Ayreonna3@naildbyonna.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
