• We accept cash / credit/debit cards / online payments.
• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• Tips are appreciated but not required.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
8. Liability Waiver
By booking with Naild By Onna, you agree that:
• You release us from any liability for injuries or allergic reactions caused during or after your service.
• You understand the risks associated with nail treatments and will follow all aftercare instructions provided.
9. Right to Refuse Service

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Naild By Onna! We’re committed to providing you with high-quality nail services and a great customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied or have any issues, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
